How do I get use to walking 18 holes while carrying a bag?

I am only a 130lbs at 5'11 so I don't have much strength but I want to play golf more and cut down on price, so how do condition my self to be able to carry my bag 18 holes? I don't want to use a pull cart because that seem embarrassing to me at 17. I can probably already walk the 18 I am just iffy about carrying my bag.

ok.. i'm more than double your age and I still carry my bag and walk the course except if it's really hot, then I use my push cart.. the trick to carrying is carry light.. I only bring 3-4 balls, I only bring my even irons and leave the odd irons in the car.. that's it, light bag.. easy carry.. have fun out there..

Action #1: Pick Up
The first action of this house cleaning method is to go around the home and pick up all the scattered items in the various rooms. It's very convenient to have a large bag, box or even a wheeled cart to collect all the items that belong in another room.

Action #2: Put Away or Throw Away
The next step is to put away all the various items. A necessary part of this house cleaning method is making sure that each room or family member has enough storage. Storage can be in closets, shelves, bins or chests. If there is room, it is very convenient to have different containers for different categories of laundry. This makes laundry time much easier. All the trash should be collected and thrown away. Carrying a large trash bag from room to room makes trash disposal much easier.

Action #3: Make Up
This action has nothing to do with lipstick or eye shadow. At this point the house cleaner has picked up and put away the clutter in the living, dining and family rooms. Now it's time to move into the bedrooms. After picking up and putting away the bedroom clutter, the next step is to make up the beds.

Action #4: Wipe Up (or Down)
The bathrooms are next on the schedule. Since the bathroom clutter of clothes, towels, shoes, and hair equipment has been picked up and put away, it's time to wipe down. One cleaning/disinfecting solution can be used to wipe down the counters, toilet and bath surfaces. The mirrors need to be wiped down with a glass cleaner. The wet cleaning cloths can also be used for a quick wiping of spills in the bedrooms. Each bathroom should have its own collection of cleaning supplies available.

Action #5: Clear Away
In the most challenging part of the house, the kitchen, the various jars, boxes and unused dishes should be picked up and put away. Then, the dirty dishes and pots and pans need to be cleared away from the stove and eating area. After everything is washed and put away, then the surfaces can be wiped up. The trash can then be collected and dumped outside.

Action #6: Sweep Up
Finally, the kitchen floor is swept up.
