Can I use the Agora Shopping Cart with my Custom Site with Bluefish Hosting?

Can I use the Agora Shopping Cart with my Custom Site with Bluefish Hosting? I am building a custom site using Dreamweaver, and my host has the option of an Agora Shopping cart, etc. Do I have to use one of their templated sites to use the shopping cart, or can I incorporate it into my custom site?
