At wedding reception on Saturday and got hit on head with golf ball guest hit 10 feet away?

I look as if I've gone 3 rounds with Mike Tyson. It was a lovely venue with a crazy golf course but a 10 yr old thought he was on a full 18 hole course and whackewd it as I was taking a photo of my 3 kids near a split tree. It bounced off a plastic bin and hit my hairline and my face is a mess. I now look like zorro !!! It is half term but after staying the night the bruising started to come out. My husband and our 3 kids have had to return home when we should have been travelling around the south 'cos it's half term and the eldest is half way through GCSE's we thought the break would do her good.. There was no notice saying children on the crazy golf course should be supervised and my friend (Ithe bride) and her hubby were very upset. Not one person from the hotel came to see if I was ok even though someone rushed up and got a bucket of ice and a tea towels. Thanks God it wasn't one of the children I say.

You may actually have a case against whoever operates the golf course. They have a Duty of Care to protect members of the public using their facility and if there were no signs advising children should be supervised they may actually be negligent. You would need to consult a specialist injury Solicitor for a definitive answer.
