When working out, I heard you should work your complementary muscles. What are the various sets of complementary muscles? I heard that your lower back and abs is one of the sets of complementary muscles.
Some examples would be biceps and triceps (front and back of your arm) Quadriceps and hamstrings (front and back of your thigh) Chest and upper back, etc.
