George Best gentlemans evening...?

In 1996 a few of us went to Best and Marsh sportsmans evening at the Pembroke halls Manchester. ( was anyone there?)...anyway we got him to sign some envelopes and I managed to get a large coloured photograph of Bestie tying his shoe laces at Old Trafford sometime in the seventies signed by him. (courtesy of one of the waiters) Not long after we moved house and I lost it. However we have moved again since and the other day looking through my art degree port folio...wallahh..it was there, nice and flat and well intact. I have no intention of selling it but when I look on E Bay I can not understand why prices are so varied. Could some one give me a ball park figure of what the probable selling price is just to ease my curiosity?

Seems strange but approx.£20.His £5 notes with autographs are going for around £20.I have a similar autograph as yourself and like you would not sell it.
