I believe putters with grooves actually do improve the initial roll and direction of the golf ball. I used an Aserta Eclipse for many years. Aserta was one of the first companies to put grooves on the putter. In fact they have a new technology that puts a laser cross cut on the face that is even better than the grooves. What happens is the ball adheres to the cross cut section, and no matter what your swing path the ball goes straight and rolls immediatley. Really cool.

Tour players use what works for them. Putting is such an important part of the game, especially at that level. There aren't too many pros that will use a putter that doens't give them the best opportunity to make every putt. With that said, most guys on tour can get their ball started in the right direction. They don't need all of the technology that goes into putter making today. Especially if they have been using the same putter for many years. Let's face it, guys at the tour level are phenominal players. They wouldn't have been able to get there if they couldn't already putt. Why cahnge your putter when it isn't broken.

Some club makers like Scotty Cameron believe that the weight of the ball actually causes a depression in the turf below the ball. For this reason Scotty believes that there must be an initial launch of the ball off of the putter to get the ball up and out of it's depression.

It's all theory. But most of all, both the groove theory and the launch theory are both correct. Just find a putter that looks and feels good to you. Then, spend 70% of your practice time putting. If you do that you'll be able to put with a frying pan on the end of a stick.

Return BODY = SPEED

Arms = DIRECTIA

Shoulders when they return to the right during the backswing, the arms are raised and when they return hips to left, on the downswing, the arms are pushed down. It's simple! Even if you run different roles during the swing's arms and the rest of the body should work in a coordinated manner. 1 Exercise
Close your eyes (after you have it made safe crystal vase and you send the dog far enough) and start to swing putter. As a balanced forward and back, like a pendulum, gradually try to increase the speed of the body back to synchronize with the speed of movement of arms. 4000 B.C. Egyptian Papyrus was invented. Papyrus is the early form of paper.

200 B.C. Ancient China began using rice paper to decorate their walls by sticking or gluing them on their walls.

105 A.D Ts'ai Lun, a Chinese court official, invented papermaking.

8th Century Chinese prisoners with papermaking skills worked under the Arabians. Papermaking spread throughout Middle East.

10th Century The Arabians began using wood and bamboo, creating a high quality paper.

12th Century Papermaking reached Europe.

1481 Louis XI of France ordered Jean Bourdichon to paint angels on blue background on 50 rolls of paper. King Louis XI had them ordered because he moves frequently from castle to castle. The rich society then began to commission artist to paint paper for their walls.

1599 Paperhangers guild was established in France.

1675 Jean-Michel Papillon started making block designs in matching and continuous patterns. He was considered the inventor of wallpapers. He is also a French Engraver.

1680 Flocked wallpapers came from Worcester.

18th Century Wallpaper products from London became popular. Expensive hand painted papers were all the rage because they imitate architectural designs. Wallpapers gained authority because they were less expensive. Popular designs were borders resembling tasseled braids or sway of fabric, and flocked papers that looked like a velvet cut.

1739 Wallpapers reached America. Plunket Fleeson began printing them in Philadelphia.

1778 Louis XVI issued a decree that wallpaper rolls should be about 34 feet in length.

1785 Christophe-Philippe Oberkampf of France invented the wallpaper printing machine. Nicholas Louis Robert of France invented a way to make endless roll of wallpaper.

1798 Alois Senefelder of Germany invented Lithography.

1800 French scenic papers printed on hand-carved blocks became popular.

1839 Charles Harold Potter of Potters and Ross printing firm in England invented a printing machine with four colors.

1850 Eight-color printing machine was invented.

1874 20-color printing machine was invented.

1879 Karl Keitsch of Austria invented Intaglio, a gravure printing.

1888 Ferdinand Shivel invented the wallpaper paste.

1890 In England, flexography printing was invented.

20th Century Wallpaper pasting machines appeared.
1936 A paste powder that was soluble in cold water appeared in the market.

WWII Ends Plastic resins which are stain resistant, durable, and washable appeared.

1974 The National Guild of Professional Paperhangers was established in the United States.

Late 1980's Wallpapers popularity died down because of Faux Painting.

Even though wallpapers were not as popular as it was before, modern people had begun to discover the beauty of wallpapers. There are now different types of wallpapers compared to before.

Vinyl Coated Wallpaper coated with acrylic vinyl or polyvinyl chloride. It is the most common type of wallpaper. They are easy to clean, easy to remove, and very durable. Ideal rooms are the kitchen and bathrooms.

Foil This type of wallpaper is very difficult to work with. It can show the wall imperfections and gets wrinkled easily. However, it adds brightness to any room because of its metallic surface.

Flock Great for decorative highlights and it gives off a formal ambience. They have patterns with velvet-like raised designs.

Grass Cloth Made up of weave of grasses. Not to be used on areas with high traffic and humidity. They are difficult to remove.

Fabric Made from textiles and they are not easy to clean. A special clear paste should be used in sticking it to a wall.

Embossed Easy to clean and hang. Hides wall imperfections. The textured paper can be painted.

When looking for wallpaper, you should also know how to clean them. Different materials have different ways of cleaning them. You should ask the manufacturer on their recommendations in cleaning their products.

However, dry cleaning is the safest cleaning method on any kind of wallpapers. Avoid using any moisture on wallpapers that are absorbent like paper and fabric. Some stores also sell a clay-like material to be used on wallpapers.

This clay-like cleaning material is good in absorbing soils from the walls. If you found a mold or mildew in the wallpaper, it is advised that the wallpaper be removed and replaced.

If you have removed the wallpaper, clean the walls first with water and chlorine solution. This is to kill any mold and mildew on your wall. Rinse it with clean water and let it dry before installing new wallpaper.

There are also different ways to remove wallpaper. As with cleaning, different material have different ways in removing them. Some materials are easy to remove, while some are very difficult to remove.

Water If the wallpaper is a simple paper, just brushing it with water can remove it off from your wall.

Chemicals A chemical wallpaper stripper can be found in most home improvement stores. It is mixed with warm water or warm water with vinegar. You must saturate the wallpaper as the mixture dissolves the wallpaper paste. When the paste is completely dissolved, you can remove it easily by stripping it off with a putty or drywall knife.

Steam A steaming machine is used to dissolve the glue or paste under the wallpaper. Extra caution is required as it can damage your drywall or plaster.

Some vinyl coated wallpapers are difficult to remove because they can't absorb moisture. You first need to scratch the surface to let any moisture in. However, some are fairly easy to strip.

Before you go and buy that new wallpaper or wall cover, be sure to know what type or style you wanted. And to ask the store for the cleaning tips on the wallpaper you just bought.

The swelling numbers of women expatriates is brightening the rental scene in the capital with landlords even willing to let out their houses to women with live-in partners — for a fat rent, of course! Vivek Shukla reports

As more and more organizations give equal opportunities to women in their fold, a definite change in profile, in terms of gender, can be seen in the number of expatriates coming to Delhi for work. And, this has eased pressure on realtors who specialize in rented accommodation for expatriates.

According to realtors, a lady expatriate can easily get accommodation whether she is single or with her family - however, if she comes here with a male friend, finding a flat could be a worry. In any case, women have given the much necessary boost to the rental scene of Delhi.

Earlier, landlords were wary of giving their houses on rent to women expatriates, and at any rate, around eight-ten years ago, very few of them actually came here for any length of time. But, their number is swelling and today, almost three out of ten expats are women.

Scribe turned realtor, Kajol Makhijani of Mak Realtors, says the best thing about their growing number is that even if somebody is from an African country, or a black from countries like America, Canada or South Africa, they can easily get a rented accommodation here.

"We all know that when it comes to black male expatriates, we have to really slog in order to find a suitable house for them. When it comes to a black male, Delhi landlords are rank racist," Kajol says.

A woman journalist from Germany, Dorothea Riecker, also seconds the fact and says women expatriates are coming here in hordes. Many journalists, diplomats and other professionals are flocking here after the market opened up. "Though it is true that they do not confront much problem in finding a house, the landlords try to charge extra rent from us. If landlords overcome this bias, then Delhi is a good city for us," feels Riecker, who has been working with a magazine 'Focus' in Delhi for the last five years.

Another realtor Anu Gupta of DGS realtors says that unlike their male counterparts from Europe or America, women expatriates finalizehouses only after they fully satisfy themselves of the facilities available in the kitchen - they have to be modular kitchens. Maleexpatriates generally look for a small garden with their accommodation. Women too are fond of gardens, but their priority is apparently the kitchen.

And if they are married and have school-going kids, then they ensure they live in areas close to American School, British School, French School, German School, or Japanese School. The basic idea behind this is to guard their children from all the hassles that come with commuting in the chaotic and crowded roads of the capital. Married male expatriate too looks for houses close to schools. However, that is not their priority number one. In any case, both are ready to spend a little more on this amenity.

As American, British, and German schools are all located in Chankaypuri area, the nationals from these countries ensure that they live in rented accommodations in places like Vasant Vihar, Shanti Niketan, Westend, Anand Niketan, Malcha Marg, and Golf Link.

Nowadays, there is also no dearth of landlords who will rent out their houses to women who land here with their male friends or companions. Even though these landlords are socially conservative and averse to be seen to be encouraging live-in relationships, they are only too glad to compromise with their value systems as long as they get a really fat rent.

Narrating the experience of her friend from France, Prof Pratap Sehgal of the department of Hindi, DU, says that her friend who was doing research in Hindi came to Delhi last year with her male friend. And, that became a big impediment in finding a house. On this flimsy ground, two-three landlords in Rajouri Garden and Punjabi Bagh turned down her request for a rented accommodation. Later, after much effort and very unwillingly, the scholar started telling prospective landlords that the guy was her husband, and only then did she manage to find a house on rent in Kirti Nagar.

"It was really very shocking for me when I found many landlords refusing to let a house to my French friend just because she came here with her male friend," says the professor.
